Job Description



As an Affiliate Specialist at Weekday, you will optimize and manage affiliate marketing activities to increase growth and profitability. You’ll work closely with the digital marketing team to set strategies, manage budgets, and build strong partnerships with affiliate networks and influencers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

What you will do:

• Set vision, strategies, and goals within affiliate marketing in line with company objectives, together with the digital marketing team.
• Develop and drive affiliate marketing plans to optimize growth, profitability, and customer experience.
• Manage and follow up on affiliate budget spend, including negotiations, invoice handling, and reporting.
• Build and expand relationships with partners such as shopping portals and influencers.
• Monitor and analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and oversee KPIs and trends.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure campaigns and graphical materials meet defined needs.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will collaborate closely with Weekday’s Media & Marketing Team, creative team, and external affiliate partners and influencers. You’ll also work cross-functionally with assortment and merchandising teams to align marketing efforts with product strategies.

• Experience in affiliate marketing, external partners, and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret KPIs and business trends.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Solid understanding of affiliate marketing’s impact on growth and profitability.

• Able to communicate clearly and explain complex ideas in a straightforward way to both internal teams and external partners, while confidently educating others about affiliate marketing.
• Skilled at motivating and engaging colleagues to gain buy-in for affiliate initiatives and building strong, trust-based relationships with external partners.
• Structured and organized with strong attention to detail, yet flexible and comfortable adapting strategies and priorities when circumstances change.
• Proactive and driven, taking ownership of projects and pushing them forward independently while identifying opportunities for growth.
• Capable of finding innovative ways to optimize affiliate performance and deliver impactful campaigns.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is a full-time permanent contract, based at our Head Office in Södermalm, Stockholm.

We value collaboration and believe that great ideas thrive when we work closely together. Therefore, this role is primarily office-based, with four days per week at the office to foster teamwork and engagement. One day per week, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely.
